Companies led by CEOs who run marathons are 57% more profitable than companies led by CEOs who play golf (from two separate 10-year studies of the S&P 1500). A leader who sleeps less than 6 hours for 2 consecutive nights will experience a 12% decrease in productivity lasting for 6 days. Executives that work in a neurological state of flow are an average of 500% more productive (10-year McKinsey study).

My point is, executive fitness is a profitable science. It’s not luck, or even talent… it’s a set of skills. Science-based and teachable skills.
