Open Letter To His Highness, FZ3

Did you know that the kind of fitness leaders engage in has a direct impact on the profitability of their companies?

(If you know @HH Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, or someone close to him, please tag them so he can find this letter.)

Your Royal Highness,

Thanks for DFC2020. Great job!
Did you know that the kind of fitness leaders engage in has a direct impact on the profitability of their companies?
A Leader’s Fitness = Company Profitability

Companies led by CEOs who run marathons are 57% more profitable than companies led by CEOs who play golf (from two separate 10-year studies of the S&P 1500). A leader who sleeps less than 6 hours for 2 consecutive nights will experience a 12% decrease in productivity lasting for 6 days. Executives that work in a neurological state of flow are an average of 500% more productive (10-year McKinsey study).

My point is, executive fitness is a profitable science. It’s not luck, or even talent… it’s a set of skills. Science-based and teachable skills.

Profitable fitness is a set of learnable skills.

For the last 20 years, research on the relationships between executive physical and mental fitness and business outcomes has been enormous. As one of the top global experts on executive performance, companies all over the world hire me to help them develop their top leaders into the best possible versions of themselves, which I do through 6 major pillars: Fitness, Confidence, Discipline, Connecting, Rest, and Competition.

What would happen if your leaders: · had less stress; · made fewer mistakes;
· could focus for several hours at a time;
· could accomplish in 1 day what takes most leaders a whole week;
· never gave in to distraction;
· maintained excellent physical health;
· and were able to choose their behaviors in spite of how they felt? Dubai is the Future Capital.
I’m here to help. Connect with me.

Best Regards,

Dr. Corrie Block, PhD, DBA
